We process this information for the sole purpose of dealing with our customers’ booking requirements and events. Once an event is completed all emails are removed. However, basic event and contact information is retained for reference in the event of any queries arising or repeat bookings.

As such your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the requested services and/or products. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
We reserve the right to contact you via email should we have any information which we deem relevant or of interest to you. To remove your details completely and to receive no further communication from us, simply email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of your removal request, your information will be entirely and permanently removed from our systems.
