Information collated from general website visitors
In common with many websites, we use analytics provided by selected third party companies to analyse the number of visitors to our website, the way our site is used and other similarly useful information that helps us to continually improve our website. Such analytical information contains no data regarding personal identity or other such confidential data. The afore mentioned third party service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

Information collected from our customers
As well as analytical data as mentioned above, the only information collected from our customers are those details requested in the form on our Online Contact Form page. These details may be submitted via the online form, via email or given to us verbally. Upon completion of the online form, the details are emailed to us automatically.

We process this information for the sole purpose of dealing with our customers’ booking requirements and events. Once an event is completed all emails are removed. However, basic event and contact information is retained for reference in the event of any queries arising or repeat bookings.

Customer information is not held anywhere else and not used for any other purpose. As such your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the requested services and/or products. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

We reserve the right to contact you via email should we have any information which we deem relevant or of interest to you.
